Having worked for a number of years for other large property management companies, Brent Manderson and Steve Hawker decided in 2018 that it was time to put their own stamp on the industry and purchased Rentworks Property Management.
Their emphasis for the business is on developing real and truly personal relationships with owners and tenants. Not for them a corporate model of being hands-off and perhaps somewhat disconnected from the day to day property management process. Instead they are highly visible as owners working in the business every day. People are invited to drop in as they love to catch up with clients to see how they are doing, discuss property and their investment journey or provide advice.
